When I click on `Web Directories` icon at domain management page I get this error:
WebServerManager::getWebDirs() failed: websrvmng failed: Site domain.com doesn't exist

Is there any way to fix it.

Such error means that domain.com is absent or not configured in IIS. It's necessary to repair domain configuration within IIS.
